Brief introduction

Located in Shanghai – the economic center of China, JSWB Global Home Furnishings Center has been funded of nearly US$500 million. As a theme and leisure oriented world class furniture center that integrates exhibition, sourcing, direct sales, logistics and information exchange, JSWB Global Home Furnishings Center will become a platform for the Chinese furniture to go onto the world market and for international brands to enter into China.

 

JSWB Global Home Furnishings Center occupies an area of 195 acres (commercial area 130 acres, logistics area 65 acres), with a total construction area of 750,000 ㎡. The construction is composed of three phases. The first phase of 200,000㎡ was opened in September 2007. The second phase will begin to build up from 2008.

 

The second phase of JSWB Global Home Furnishings Center has a space of 300,000 ㎡ combining the 100,000 ㎡ hall for short-term exhibition and the 200,000 ㎡ hall for regular exhibition. In this case, the center will be up to the standards of top-class exhibition halls and create good commercial atmosphere all the year around. The second phase features “Tree Palace” as the theme of the exhibition center, which conforms to the texture of furniture and also displays good wishes for the industry. The modern architectural style reflects the spacious center and brings more freedom to the customers and the businesses.

 

 

JSWB Global Home Furnishings Center will be completed in 2010 when Shanghai World Expo is held.
